The mission of Freemasonry in North Carolina is to raise the moral, social, intellectual, a spiritual conscience of society by teaching the ancient and enduring philosophical tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, which are expressed outwardly through service to God, family, country, and self under the Fatherhood of God within the Brotherhood of Man.

Creasy Proctor Lodge No.679 meets at the Fayetteville Masonic Center located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Masonic Center is located seven miles from Fort Bragg one of the largest military installations in the world; home of the Army's XVIII Airborne Corps, the 82nd Airborne Division, and the elite Special Forces. The Masonic Center is also home to the Fayetteville York Rite Bodies, Clifford Duell Lodge No. 756, and Order of the Eastern Star.
